ASMR Every Other Trigger is Mic Pulling

In this ASMR video I go through an assortment of triggers. Every other trigger is mic pulling.

Mic pulling is like stress pulling, but with sounds from the microphone instead of stress from your face.

Thank you for watching!

People use ASMR for different reasons, but I try to make every video one that you can fall asleep to. I tend to make fast asmr with a variety of sounds and triggers in every video keeping it unpredictable, but intentional .This is what helps me relax most and hopefully you can find relief here as well!

What is ASMR?

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a term used for an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia. ASMR signifies the subjective experience of “low-grade euphoria” characterized by “a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin”. It is most commonly triggered by specific acoustic (tapping/brushing/whispering) and visual stimulation (hand movements/lights/etc)
