ASMR: DIM SUM Mukbang 먹방 Chinese Dumplings, Fried Wonton 腐皮卷 Yum Cha

I was inspired by “Eat with Chunky’s” recent Dim Sum video and went to the exact takeout restaurant that she did. Dim Sum, or Yum Cha, means morning tea that goes with the luscious steamed and fried Chinese dumplings. I got an assortment consisting of

pork dumpling (shumai or siu mai 燒賣)
clear shrimp dumpling (har gow 蝦餃)
chicken potstickers
steamed bbq pork buns (Char Siu Bao 叉烧包)
fried wonton wrappers
sticky rice with ground pork in lotus leaf (糯米荷葉 )
chicken pot pie pastry with gravy
Chinese egg custard (燉蛋)
fried sesame seed sweet red bean donut (Jian dui 煎堆)

If you have never tried dim sum, think of it as Chinese tapas. They are meant to be shared!
