As a recently self-identified HSP myself, I discuss / review chapter 1 of Dr. Elaine Aron’s book “The Highly Sensitive Person” which I find very empowering and enlightening. This is a video series dedicated to discussing each chapter of the book in order to spread awareness about the trait and to hopefully encourage others to pickup the book who may not yet be aware they are an HSP themselves.
