Ichigo daifuku is a soft rice cake stuffed with sweet bean paste and a strawberry.
It is a popular traditional Japanese sweet.
“Ichigo” means “strawberry” in Japanese and “daifuku” is a soft rice cake, usually stuffed with sweet bean paste!
