ASMR Yiddish ייִדיש ft. my kitty, פֿאַר שלאָפן – brushing/whispering you to sleep

*please read*

Hello – Sholem aleykhem – שלום עליכם

Finally a video where I’m actually in it. I will make sure I’m around more often. Here I am, back where I filmed my FIRST asmr video (in Irish) TWO YEARS AGO. I have done a lot of back and forth with my channel and I am thankful to those of you who remain subscribed for the moments when I can muster up something half worth watching.

**QUESTION**
Would you like a video of me teaching the “alef-beys'” or, alphabet, in Yiddish? I will go through both the cursive used for books, typing etc, and also the print form which is used for writing. Lemme know 🙂

I just wanted to say, and I will re-iterate, I make some pretty old school videos. I use my phone, thats it. So lots of white noise and no binaural action happening here. However, what I admire most about the asmr community is that people enjoy such a wide range from very popular, high tech artists, to smaller channels with under a thousand subscribers. This community can appreciate everything in between, and asmr makes no judgements, if we feel good with a channel, thats what brings us back. So – I hope to be back much more this new year. I can’t promise a video every X number of days – but I am here, reading comments, engaging in the community, imminently creating new videos 🙂

HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Chag Sameach 🙂

Side note: I very very very very rarely speak this language. I mainly read + write so I apologise profusely for the poor accent, and stumbling over my words, or trying to remember how to say things. It’s definitely not my #1 spoken language. However, I think as English speakers we get ignorant thinking the entire world speaks our language. I think it’s nice to try your hand at a language, even if you make mistakes 🙂 Maybe make that new years resolution?!

Link to the very beautiful Aaronic Blessing, if you wish 🙂
