오늘은 겉은 바삭하고 속은 부드럽고 쫄깃쫄깃한 돼지껍데기를 먹어봤어요.
맛은 있지만 돼지껍데기를 먹다보니까 금방 식어서 껍데기가 질겨졌어요 ㅠㅠ
역시 고기는 불판에 달구면서 먹어야지 맛있는 것 같아요 ㅎㅎ
