If you guys are having consistent issues sleeping at night try drinking caffeine free tea or warm milk with molasses; it may sound weird but it’s not bad and will knock you out. You can try changing the temperature in your room, and think of a before bed hobby that will remind your brain that it’s time to get ready for sleep whenever you do it. For me that’s take a shower, watch ASMR,(+18)turn on the fan, and crawl into bed! I’ve read somewhere that having a light on slows down your production of melatonin as well, so try not to sleep with a TV or any lights on. Just lay in the dark, let your body rest, and let your mind wander- aimlessly, until you drift off to sleep.
