So not only is today the start of a fresh new year, it is also the birthday of my channel, I have been making ASMR videos for 2 years today! ? So I decided to make a party themed video to celebrate, with quite a few different triggers and some more unusual sounds. So we have a hilarious (but wonderfully crinkly) unicorn Piñata, filled with some tingly items and we are joined by Bob, who has his party makeup on, the Rode mics and the 3Dio for a nice variety of sound 🙂 I hope you enjoy this colourful video and a massive thank you to all of you who have supported my channel over the last couple years and for allowing me to have so much fun creating these videos for you. 00:00 – 0:16 – Ear to ear gentle sparkler sounds, with falling star confetti and fireworks
0:17 – 1:07 – A preview of some of the sounds in this video (not all sounds are previewed because it would be too long lol)
1:08 – 02:38 – A bottle of (family friendly) fizzy drink to celebrate. Some glass bottle sounds, some fizzing, pouring sounds and a toast ?
02:39 – 07:18 – Crinkling Penny, the unicorn Piñata. Nice tissue paper crinkles with the Rode mics
07:19 – 08:46 – Pulling triggers out of the Piñata
08:47 – 09:59 – Fishnet glove scratching
10:00 – 12:40 – Sounds with a plastic bead necklace, clinky sounds and running beads along your ears (sounds surprisingly nice)
12:41 – 19:17 – Putting a crown party hat on the 3Dio and then putting 2 party cups over your ears, tapping & lightly scratching them
19:18 – 22:15 – Brushing the party cups on your ears, then some more tapping on them
22:16 – 30:38 – 2 large squishy strawberries filled with orbeez. Cupping your ears with them which makes an unusual watery, popping sound (kind of similar to the orbeez balloons I had before) also some squishy sticky sounds and some tapping on a paper party plate
30:39 – 34:48 – Uh oh, I used fidget spinners! ? These are extra cool ones filled with water and glitter though, so they make an unusual watery sound as they spin 🙂 Spinning them around your head and trying to capture the water sounds (this part may sound slightly louder, as it was hard to capture the delicate water sounds, but I tried to keep them as even as possible)
34:49 – 39:31 – Scratching 2 plastic textured party glasses over the Rode mics (the ones from my previous tingly textures video)
39:32 – 41:34 – Crinkling my favourite vinyl sheet around the Rode mics (just because I know a lot of you love the sound of this sheet too :P)
41:35 – 46:15 – Gently tapping and scratching vinyl sheet over the Rode mics
46:16 – 49:43 – Brushing the vinyl sheet with 2 rose brushes, which makes a slightly crinkly sound, similar to gentle rain
49:44 – 55:26 – A feather boa on Bob, crunchy, crinkly and a little bit like a scalp massage
55:27 – 1:04:08 – 2 crunchy juggling balls (no clowns at this party though) rolling them along Bob’s face, nice elongated crunchy sounds, which move around your head a bit
1:04:09 – 1:09:48 – Crinkling a paper party decoration all around your head with the 3Dio
1:09:49 – 1:15:52 – Some faux fur fabric on the Rode’s, very nice fluffy scalp massage sounds
? Nail polish – It doesn’t have a name but it’s number 060 by Miss Sporty
