I made an ASMR video for newbies!! Welcome in, one and all :’) I know that it’s hard to know where to start when you first look up “ASMR”…what is it?? Why do so many people watch it??? WHAT IS GOING ON!? I aimed to explain as much as I could in this video while still maintaining a casual/typical ASMR setting. However, as you’ll find out, there is SO MUCH VARIETY in the ASMR community, “typical” ASMR is a generous term ha!

Hopefully this approach is more palatable and less “scary” than just jumping into a random vid. Let me know if there’s anything else I can explain, or anything else you’d like me to break down in a future video I’ve been creating ASMR videos since 2019, and about 700 vids later I sometimes forget to really go back to basics!
