Hello My Beautiful People,
I’ve missed you dearly! I hope you guys have been looking after and being kind to yourselves. Today’s video is a pamper session with my niece Rae. She’s been buried in coursework so I haven’t seen her in a while. She popped over for a visit so I could help her de stress. I hope you enjoy my Loves. Take great care.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area’s.
It’s like visiting a hairdresser.. Do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing? Yes? OK..watching an ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
Common Triggers:
Listening to someones voice & the way they talk
Soft spoken voices & certain accents
Hand movements
Watching someone focus on a task
Any type of Roleplay that involve personal attention to you, examinations, face brushing, haircut etc..
Watching someone draw or paint
Sounds : Crinkle, Tapping, Scratching & multi layering of different sounds together
Almost anything can be a “trigger’ for a person’s ASMR…everybody is different, you just have to find yours.
