Hypnosis for Sleep with Emily – Extended Preview 女催眠術師

Hypnosis. This video was first produced in 2008, Emily is a Julliard educated musician, we very much appreciates her time spent working on our project. This video will take you into a deep sleep, it is designed to help anyone who wants a better sleep experience. All you have to do is follow the sound of Emily’s voice, relax, and let your mind drift. The key to this experience is not to try to go into hypnosis, don’t *try* to go to sleep. Just let it happen, and it will happen automatically, naturally, and effortlessly. Enjoy!

The use of hypnotism for therapeutic purposes is referred to as “hypnotherapy”, while its use as a form of entertainment for an audience is known as “stage hypnosis”.
