Okay, I had no idea what to call this video because it is kinda all over the place. I’ve been in a bit of a rut the past couple of days and I wanted to dedicate this ASMR video to anybody who has been feeling anxious, moody, depressed, lonely, etc. This video focuses on facial and body relaxation and breathing… with some positive affirmations at the end. ASMR has helped me become more a more productive and peaceful person. Oftentimes I will just listen to ASMR while I work. Anxiety has been a struggle for me in years past, and I find that ASMR has really helped me push through. However, I believe in the importance of registered counselors and therapists as well.
